    • I appreciate your feedback and unfortunately, what you are attempting to communicate is not clear to me, can you clarify your point. The only thing I am sure I can reply to is the fact that the post is not an article but rather a place where people who are already familiar with and/or are in or applying DBT can find and download complimentary DBT worksheets for free.
