    • You are so welcome and here is a link to the all-purpose DBT Diary Card I created. You can fill it on your computer or print and fill by hand. P.S. If you want to check out my new website, here is a link to DBT Peer Connections. Its all about DBT and peer support and has skills training videos, articles, music, poetry, and of course, handouts and worksheets. Thanks for your support. I wish you skillful means

  1. Rachel Gill worksheets aren’t linking

  2. I think this is real help and i like what you have done here, I am a suffer of BPD and I am starting DBT soon and I am just hoping it works for me because so many other therapies have not

  3. Oh it’s the Rachel Gill sheets that aren’t there. The rest are fine.

  4. Thank you so much for doing this for us! Only problem is some of these aren’t coming up at all for printing. Hopefully you guys can get that fixed 🙂 Thank you for all the good you’re doing for others.

  5. Fantastic resource, thanks!

  6. Reblogged this on Living with BPD and commented:
Some very useful links already on my blog, other that aren’t. But I will go through them when I have a bit of spare time.
